SSC invites applications from the candidates for the selection of the Selection posts(phase-VI)2018. Interested candidates should ensure that they meet the full eligibility criteria set by the SSC for the post as the expiration date for submitting the applications.

 Selection Process
A) Recruitment of selection posts will be made through written examination in computer-based mode, in which objective type includes multiple option questions.
B) All the candidates whose online application will be called for written examination in computer-based mode respectively.
C) Applications which have no blur / no picture, no blur / no signature, there are no duplicate applications for the same post / fee / duplicate application / incomplete application / etc. Are liable to reject).
D) D) The Commission reserves the right to make changes in the scheme of examination.
E) e) The registration of the admission certificate (AC) will be uploaded on the website of the Commission or its regional / sub-regional offices 07 (seven) days prior to commencement of examination.
F) Candidates who apply for more than one position in the same area / apply for different positions in different areas / posts of different levels (Matric, Higher Secondary and Graduate and Post Graduate) To apply for, candidates are common in the same or different area. Entry certificates for all posts will be issued by all regional / sub-regional offices to such ‘general candidates’.
G) In this phase of recruitment, the common candidates will be allowed to appear only once for the post for a level post. If a candidate has applied for two levels of positions eg. For matriculation and high secondary, he has to appear once for each level of examination. The marks obtained by such candidates will be used by other regional / sub-regional offices to prepare merit list of posts of that level in their respective regional / sub-regional offices.
H) After conducting a computer-based examination, the compensation response by the headquarters on the Commission’s website will be uploaded for a certain period (minimum three days) to face the challenges of candidates on payment of fixed fee.
i) In order to qualify for Computer Based Examination, candidates will have to score minimum marks as per the details given below –
Ur: 35%
OBC: 30%
Other categories: 25%
J) Regional Office will call the Assistant Certificate / Documents along with the hard copy of the online application in the following categories as per the special category vacancies along with the Assistant Certificate / Documents from the eligible candidates of Computer Based Examination: –
(A) In the ratio of 1:20 to 5 vacancies for any category posts.
(B) For posts of any category, for more than 5 vacancies, in the ratio of 1:10, subject to minimum 100.
K) Skill test, wherever determined for any category of the post, will be held between those candidates whose hard copy documents are obtained and the Regional / Sub-Regional Offices of the Commission, respectively, in the Scrutiny stage, 15 Pieces Goes.
L) Regional Offices will call the required number of candidates (in proportion to 1:10) for Document Verification (DV) for a particular category post subject to the availability of qualified candidates.
I) The same document will be verified for the same candidate, who has applied for more than one position of one level (eg matriculation) in the same recruitment phase. Document verification of such candidates will be conducted in the Regional / Sub-Regional Office, where they were present for computer-based written examination.
N) The information given by the candidates in their application will be verified with their original documents by the Commission after the computer-based examination. During verification of documents, if it is found that any information submitted by the candidate in the application is incorrect, his candidature will be rejected immediately. There will be no appeal or representation against such a rejection of the candidates. Candidates should ensure that they have given the correct information in the application form.
O) The final marks of the candidates will be made available only on the website of the concerned Regional / Sub-Regional Offices, which will be available at the announcement of the final results of the post of special category.
